Legal Secretary - Trade Marks (CCV11227) CBD, Western Cape. Salary Neg. Large Law firm has a position available for a Legal Secretary for the Trade Marks Department. You must have Matric and relevant experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for general PA functions; generating documents to be lodged at Trade Marks Office; correspondence to clients; posting of fees and generating statements; searching patent journal and advising clients accordingly; liaison with trade mark office; and ad hoc duties.
