Debtors Clerk Large & Well known company based in Southern Suburbs is looking for several debtors clerks reporting to debtors supervisor. Main Function: To effectively and efficiently investigate and resolve customer claims and queries as well as timeous processing and authorisation of credit and debt notes. Requirements Matric Certificate 2 years experience handling customer claims and queries within a FMCG environment Knowledge of MS office & Excel Competencies Good verbal & written communication skills Ability to handle and work under pressure Detail orientated Analytical and figure orientated Team player Deadline driven
