Italian Speaking - Customer Services and Sales Representative About this job Calling all Customer Service and Sales Representatives! An exciting opportunity exists for Italian speakers within an international organization, based in Cape Town. A vibrant call centre environment awaits you with the potential to grow within the company. NO shift work required and NO weekends either. Duties will include: -Making/Amending bookings on a reservation system -Providing fare quotes -Providing passengers with flight information and similar -Demonstrating clear and polite written and oral communication. -Providing information on the frequent flyer program etc. Requirements: -Fluent (oral and written) in Italian and English -Previous experience in Travel and Tourism Industry advantageous -Clear Credit/Crime Record -Ability to work in a structured environment -Excellent telephone manner -Computer literate (intermediate level - internet and windows) -Matric / equivalent qualification -Previous customer service/sales/call centre experience preferable -SA ID or valid work permits a distinct advantage Training commences: July or August 2011 Benefits: -Medical Aid -Provident Fund (included in CTC package) If you meet the requirements and are interested in this position please send your application including a CV.
