Ship Operator A vacancy exists for a Temporary Ship Operator Applicants must meet the following criteria; ● Matric ( Grade 12) ● Un-endorsed, code 8 Drivers Licence ● Computer literate and general accounting knowledge ● Knowledge of the Port and Berths, and Tank Farms layout ● At least 3 years ships agency knowledge ● Ability to work under pressure, during weekends and after hours, and meet strict deadlines Duties to be performed; ● Co-ordinate requirements with Ship Owners, Service Providers and Vessels on an on-going basis to ensure vessels efficient port operations and turnaround ● Ensure daily principals reporting requirements are timeously issued ● Prepare documentation for ships inward and outward clearances ● Attend on board vessel on arrival and sailing, and daily as necessary ● Maintain a filing system in strict conformance to ISO 9001-2000 standards All interested applicants that meet the requirements of the advert to please forward CV to Malini Reddy of Risk ZA
