Team Manager wanted for an outbound call centre


Criteria:
Ø 2 Years experience in managing a team,
Ø Matric,
Ø Own reliable transport essential.

Duties:
Ø Manage agents and overall team performance.
Ø Individual agent performance management
Ø Ensuring service quality standards are met and being adhered to.
Ø Maximizing operational efficiency by creative utilization of resources.
Ø Managing work overflow.
Ø Conduct daily and monthly one on one session with the agents.
Ø Provide positive and constructive feedback.
