This position requires a candidate with 3 years solid experience in a Call Centre Agent.



Candidates experience includes:

· Self Motivated and Dynamic

· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Prepare to work long and irregular hours

· Must display excellent attention to detail

· Be accountable for work standards, and accept responsibility

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· To effectively and efficiently canvass the correct information

· Proficiency in English and at least 3 of the following languages” Xitsonga, Sepedi, Sepedi, Setswana, Sesotho, Venda (Compulsary)
