Chief Financial Officer CA Wanted – Cape Town CBD Chief Financial Officer CA Wanted – Cape Town CBD Based in Cape Town SA Well Established Property Management Company in Cape Town is looking for a Qualified and Experienced CFO / ACA – Chartered Accountant. Salary Market Related with all benefits and Performance Bonus included Qualifications: • Matric • Qualified ACA • 2 Years' Experience PQE Responsibilities / Duties: (More to be discuused) • Qualified ACA with at least 2 years PQE. • Strong financial skills in business plans, feasibility studies, budgeting, cost management and reporting. • Must be commercial/street wise with good common sense practical approach to finance and accounts. • Must have good people skills and be prepared to take on responsibility in senior management role. May involve some but not constant travel within SA. • Must be a self-started with drive and energy and willing to take on responsibility in administration/office management duties. • Will be in charge of 3/4 accounts staff. • Will sit on management board with other senior company staff. • Will be involved in new company start-ups as well as negotiation of banking facilities for existing companies. • Small number of substantial transactions and well as day to day management of assets to be tended to.
