Customer Services and Sales Representative (Spanish speaking) Our client, an international organization, is urgently seeking Spanish speaking Customer Sales & Service Representatives, servicing the clients in the aviation industry. Duties will include: -Making/Amending bookings on a reservation system -Providing fare quotes -Providing passengers with flight information and similar -Demonstrating clear and polite written and oral communication. -Providing information on the frequent flyer program etc. Requirements: -Fluent (oral and written) in Spanish and English -Previous experience in Travel and Tourism Industry advantageous -Clear Credit/Crime Record -Ability to work in a structured environment -Ability to work shifts -Excellent telephone manner -Computer literate (intermediate level - internet and windows) -Matric / equivalent qualification -Previous customer service/sales/call centre experience preferable -SA ID or valid work permits a distinct advantage Training commences: 7th of May 2012 Benefits: -Medical Aid - Provident Fund (Included in CTC package)
