LOGISTICS MANAGER We urgently require expatriates having prime experience in LOGISTIC MANAGER services. Salary: Negotiable Contact Person: Bell Adam JOB SPECS Responsible for managing the contracting of Logistics related services, prepare scope of works, technical evaluations, and post award-contract management. Required to drive a rapid improvement in functional standards across all logistics activities ) at both strategic and operational level by setting up procedures and management reporting systems. Prepare and manage a general logistics risk register and action list Manage and support the establishment and development of supply bases, operational sites and infrastructures within new countries of operation Logistics in Projects Conduct Logistics strategy workshops and reports for each project, formulating and implementing Logistics Strategies, Support negotiations with national and international suppliers/service providers to minimize Logistics commercial risks and exposure. Oversee responsibility for contractor management and performance of all Logistics related contracts Manage and oversee logistics budgets for projects. Prepare and manage work JSA (Job Safety analysis) guidelines for all major logistics activities associated with drilling and seismic programmes. Establish a database for logistics service providers and prequalify the companies, Customer and Contractor Relationship Management, Management of Surplus and Disposal procedures
