Technical Support/Customer Service Representative Want to launch your career in one of the leading call centres? We need dedicated, cool-headed individuals to provide excellent customer service and technical support to our clients subscribers nationally. You will need matric, 6 mnths call centre or 1 yr professional customer service exp with an IT Qualification or 6 mnths IT Helpdesk exp. without an IT qualification, excellent communication skills, own transport or reliable transport due to shift work.
