Field Maintenance Technician 1) Field Maintenance Technician * This is a full time position for a maintenance / installation technician. * The ideal person is a single male who will need to work on the mines doing installations of new equipment as well as maintenance of existing equipment. This person MUST have experience installing electronic equipment, ie alarm installations / telcoms installation, or the like. * This person MUST have his own car and a valid drivers licence (no exceptions). * This person must be prepared to drive long distances to the mines (eg, Limpopo, Welkom, etc), and must be prepared to stay overnight at times, and must be prepared to work underground at times (+3kms). * This person must be PC literate and MUST be fluent in English (reading / writing / speaking). * This person will be responsible for upgrading / installing software on client's PCs, as well as installing physical equipment. Wiring is a requirement, eg, comms cabling, power cabling and LAN cabling. We are offering R7500.00 per month neg, depending on experience.
