marketing/pa/half time Marketeer – secretary Job description : P.A. / Marketing / half time We have recently re-organised our company and are starting up 3 new exiting ventures ; a rentalight company, a design shop, an Imagineering consultancy, as well as our exiting company Kubik that recently won a SABS Design Excellence Award, and received the award for Best Showroom in SA 2006 – 2008. With this company, we are setting up an international distributors and applicators network. We are looking for someone to help us grow these ventures rapidly into very successful businesses. If you are dynamic, smart, creative, an achiever, like to take initiative, have excellent computer, graphic, administrative and media skills , and are prepared to start together with us from the bottom, this might be the start of a splendid career. We need to start half time but we believe that thanks to your input and efforts, we will quickly be able to offer a great career. • Organize pictures to compile marketing files • Update our websites – assist with creating new websites • Create adverts and emailers • Brainstorm virals • Set up and maintain community networks • Organise our image library • Administration work, typing letters • Correct and copywrite mailings / press articles • Mailmerge the mailing- campaigns • Follow up on quotes with potential customers • Data capturing of new contacts – create mailing folders
