They are currently looking to place a Senior tenderer with their team in Cape Town. Suitable candidates should: Have a Civil Engineering Degree/Diploma (engineer or technician) Specific civil construction experience Minimum 3 years experience working on Tenders or in estimation Extensive construction knowledge Computer literacy, MS Office Suite Key performance areas of the successful candidate: Contracts management Negotiations Budgeting, pricing, dealing with quotes Liaising with the Project Managers, Surveying Department and clients Remuneration for the position is based on qualifications and experience.
