| Swedish Customer Service Host Our client, an international BPO company, is looking for a SWEDISH mother-tongue speaker. You will provide a professional world class service by telephone, email and online chats in the online industry. You will assist international customers with online queries. You will build and manage your customer relationships as well as cross sell various products and services. Job Requirements: - SWEDISH as a first language and good written and spoken English abilities - Must have lived in Europe for a minimum of 5 years - MS Office: Outlook, Excel and above average word processing skills - Highly numerate - Proven passion for customer service - Excellent time management & able to work rotational shifts (24/7) - Sales experience beneficial |
