| Oracle Business Analyst PLEASE NOTE: Only South African citizens or permanent residents will be considered. Requirements: • University degree with Accounting • 4 to 5 years Oracle Functional experience • Ability to offer solution designs to the changing needs of the business • Using gap analysis, able to develop and implement new Oracle functionality which will support business processes and reporting • Ability to compile functional specifications for bespoke reports, data extracts, interfaces with third party systems • Ability to plan, execute and manage an Oracle project • A solid Financials and/or Projects (Accounting, Management etc) background • Ideally the candidate should have Business experience ie not just a Consultancy background – preferably in a Projects or construction/engineering environment • Should have worked on at least one new Oracle implementation and in an Oracle support role • Must have hands on knowledge and implementation experience on some or all of following Oracle modules: Project Costing (critical), Project Billing (critical), General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Time and Labour, System Administration, Inventory, Order Management • An excellent understanding of how the Oracle modules integrate with one another • Must have a good understanding of common business process • Have a good understanding of end to end business processes • Hands on knowledge of the following Oracle modules: o Inventory o Order Management o Discoverer • Knowledge of AIM and a project implementation methodology • Be able to conduct a fresh implementation of a new module |
