Russian Customer Service Representative Minimum Qualifications & Requirements: • Matric or equivalent and preferably 1 years customer care call center experience (support technical customer requests) • Ability to speak, read and write in the Russian and English Languages • Customer orientated behavior in order to achieve a high customer satisfaction levels and regularly achieve and ability to work in a pressured support environment with minimal supervision • PC Skills and MS Application Packages: Microsoft Office and database entry Experience/Special Skills/Competencies: • Ability to achieve high customer satisfaction through professional answering of the incoming customer calls • Ability to deal with reported customer requests in an efficient and professional manner • Customer telephone handling skills - must at all times be diplomatic and assertive with customers/clients • Deliver first level support on a range of selected products
