Shift Manager RETAIL SHIFT MANAGER NATIONAL BRANDED RETAIL ORGANISATION REQUIRES A SHIFT MANAGER FOR THEIR PRESTIGIOUS CAPE TOWN WATERFRONT FASHION BOUTIQUE REMUNERATION R7,500 - R9,000 PER MONTH PLUS PENSION FUND, MEDICAL AID, OVERTIME, STAFF DISCOUNT, MONTHLY STORE INCENTIVE PLUS 13TH CHEQUE REQUIREMENTS • A retail or related tertiary qualification advantageous • Experience in a corporate retail environment • Proven track record in a retail management or supervisory position • EE position – candidate must be black or white FUNCTIONS • Run the store, manage sales staff on shift • Ensure turnover figures are met, and expenses are kept in line, as well as managing stock losses • Administrative duties – daily shift paperwork, banking and administration of store • Management of all functions within the store including people and merchandising and display while on shift REPORTING STRUCTURE Directly to the Store Manager GENERAL The ideal candidate is, but not limited to, a modern mature and sophisticated woman with a flair for fashion and home decorating, one who exudes confidence and is able to advise on both fashion and decor THE STORE ENVIRONMENT EXUDES ONE OF FINESSE
