Creative & Account Management for Web & Graphic Design Job Responsibilities - Generate leads / sales for new projects - Manage relationships with clients ensuring recurring projects - Meet with, communicate, feedback to and manage client expectations - Conduct website audits, analyse design style and create stylistic concept proposals - Conceptualise, brainstorm, brief and finalise design concept - Communicate, guide, direct, crit and improve design concept with the team - Manage Creative direction effectively and strategically for the client - Content / copy writing - Strategise visibility plan for client - Industry / technology research - High level quality control for design and development standards and on final output - Final presentations to client and project signoff - Communicate with management Requirements - At least 2 years experience in general design, web project or account management - Self motivator with the ability to think independently - Demonstrate a commitment to high performance - Experience in dealing with clients effectively - Good managerial and interpersonal skills - Good creative, design and technical skills and know-how - Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients - Understanding of the internet and web design environments - Passion for technology and must by technology savvy - Own transport
