Sous Chef Young Sous Chef Will betrained as Head Chef by F+B Manager - who is a chef. Will handle all aspects of the kitchen - a la carte, weddings, conference, tea etc. More detail at interview. Exciting opportunity for someone wanting to make a name and own the kitchen. Must by dynamic, self motivated Preferably a girl but will consider make candidates. Preferably have own vehicle and valid drivers licence. Start asap. Live in and Salary Negotiable but good salary.
