Evolution Recruitment was borne out of the need of two retrenched Recruitment Advisors from Source Recruitment determined to continue recruiting. As at April 1, 2010, 24-7 Recruitment Advice CC t/a Evolution Recruitment commenced operation at our offices based in Century City . Our mission is to build and maintain client and candidate relationships. Our long term goal is to assist candidates throughout their career life and to become an entrusted partner to our clients. We strive to live up to providing first class service 24-7. Evolution Recruitment's processes are geared at minimising counter-offers from the first contact with each candidate.
