Managing partners Irene Kruger – Founding Partner Irene is an Executive Search Consultant specialising in the IT and Financial Services sectors. She has 11 years recruitment experience with 6 years in corporate head hunting. She has been responsible for placing some of South Africa’s most senior executives from the CEO of the largest winery in Southern Africa to BEE Actuaries and CA’s at one of our leading insurance houses. Finding scarce skills is her specialty. In particular, she has assisted many media and development houses employ individuals with rare IT skills. In her career, she has worked as a recruitment consultant and manager, franchise manager and trainer of computer software applications.
