HeadsUp Recruitment is a specialist IT Recruitment Company with its head-office based in Claremont, Cape Town. The company was founded in 2008 by Venessa Templeton who personally manages the day to day running of the business. We have a national base of clients and a large database of candidates with various skills. HeadsUp offers a special focus on IT recruitment, permanent placements as well as contract. We also offer general recruitment in other areas of business. HeadsUp have a strong focus on client and candidate relationships; this enables us to really understand our customers resourcing requirements, while accessing the experience and profiles of our candidates to ensure an ideal match. We understand that a perfect skills match is not all that it takes, but an understanding of the clients working environment, ethos and ethics is what makes that 100% match possible. We base on business on the preface that we form partnerships that are long term mutually beneficial relationships. We have a satellite office in Johannesburg which takes care of all the administrative functions for that area i.e.: interviews, reference checking and account management.
