Established in March 2002, we are developing a reputation for our professionalism and responsiveness. We are focused and efficient in all our dealings, and thereby adding value to the process. We work with our clients in understanding of the specific job vacancy. We also make it our business to understand the company itself, i.e. values, culture, markets, products. This we do so that we do not only recruit the most suitable person for the current post, but one who can grow, change and adapt as the business changes. We keep regular contact with candidates on our data base to make sure we are focused on their changing requirements in their respective careers. We help our candidates compile their Curriculum Vitae [CV] to ensure it properly represents their role and responsibilities, and also their career achievements.
