Store Manager

The candidate for this position should have at least 10 years retail experience and should have managed a store for at least 2 years.
This candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of the staff (2 or 3) and should have good inter-personal skills and be positive and motivating.
Stock controll is a large aspect of this job.
The store is computerised so computer literacy is a requirement.
The store is open 7 days a week and each staff member works a rotating shift but is expected to work on weekends with the odd weekend off as the shifts fall.
This candidate must come with strong references and should be completely trustworthy and a pleasant, well groomed person.
This candidate should be a non-smoker.
Some experience in dance will be a big advantage to any applicant.
