E-Learning Course Developer EE The Operations division has a vacancy for an E-Learning Course Developer reporting to the Operations Learning and Development Manager and is responsible to develop e-learning training programs with competencies in instructional design writing and a complete understanding of Instructional Systems Design processes in support of MWEB Operations initatives. Job Outputs: Conceptualize, plan, scripts, manuals, and handouts, audio/graphic elements. Collaborate functional training areas, including trainers, technical writers, and supervisors. Provide guidance and direction to functional trainers and subject matter experts. Analyze organizational and individual learning needs and recommend training solutions using instructional design principles and adult learning theory. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Instructional Design/Technology and Human Resources or Related Degree. Three years experience in design, development, delivery and assessment of training curriculums. Experience in Adobe Captivate Experience with Learning Management Systems required and PeopleSoft preferred.
