| Customer Service Colleague Answering inbound calls from existing and new customers. Understanding customer queries. Resolving client queries and liaising with UK stores. Recording of accurate customer and order information. Managing of customer follow-ups in a timely manner. Ensuring that the quality of the service is maintained. Maintaining UK data protection laws and ensuring that direct marketing procedures are followed at all times. Using established call handling procedures, adhering and applying to them wherever possible. Ensuring that calls are resolved within the allocated time. Ensuring calls are closed efficiently. Ensuring all policies, processes and procedures are followed. |
