Candidate must be fluent in French

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The candidate will work in close collaboration with the Group Managing Director and be in charge of answering to tenders as well as preparing company presentations for all our clients. He or she will be in constant contact with all the branches and sales managers in order to answer to the client’s requirements.
The candidate will collect, prepare and write the answers to tender in accordance with the client’s Scope of Work and the demands of the profession. He or she must be creative and innovative in order to promote our services and convince the client to select our company, within the time frame specified in the Scope of Work. He or she will also participate in the research and writing of newsletters and news flashes, as well as the website content for all brands.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
 French mother tongue, with excellent writing skills
 A flair for writing and marketing orientated
 At least 4 years working experience in a marketing environment
 An ability to see the big picture
 A knack for editing and proof reading with good research skills
 Creative and versatile
 Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint)
 Organised and methodical
 An ability to work in a team with good communication skills
 Prepared to work long hours when necessary
