DEFINITION:

A South African public representative in terms of the IG Property Group is someone who is collecting and selling property information leads to the company, by supplying us with relevant potent ional buyers and sellers information from his local town, nearby towns or nationwide by using word of mouth, family members, any people he might knew, the internet and local advertising news paper mediums. When such information leads we received, ends up in a deed of sale contract, you got paid.Any information lead the company receive become markable right through all of his 24/7 Satellite offices nationwide.An information lead consist out of the address of the property, owners names and contact details.

TOTAL COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

1) Commission on successful information leads property sales –

- 2.5% Commission on every information lead which ends up in an IGPG deed of sale contract.
- 2.5% Commission when that lead, leads to another IGPG deed of sale contract.

Commission earned represents the total sale commission - not only the Estate Agent’s commission.

PUBLIC REPRESENTATIVE PACKAGE:

Your office package consist out of the following:

- Free 24/7 Online Independent Public Representative IGPG Registered Track Office.
- Free IGPG Public Representative Certificate.
- Free IGPG Public Representative Identity Card.
- Receives an IGPG company contract.

- IGPG Registering fee – R500,00 ( First Year)
- IGPG Renewal fee – R300,00
