Italian / German Speaking Customer Service Agent (Aviation Industry) URGENT !

Our client is currently looking for a Customer Sales & Service Representatives for an international Airline.

Duties:
• Making/Amending bookings on the reservation system
• Providing fare quotes
• Providing passengers with flight information

Requirements:
• Fluent in Italian/German and English
• Computer literate
• Previous call centre experience advantageous
• Previous work experience in travel and tourism environment distinct advantage
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Clear credit and criminal record
• Own/reliable transport
