Senior HR Manager Senior HR Manager Our Client a multinational enterprise is currently recruiting for a Senior HR Manager. In a fun and fast-paced environment, this position requires heavy phone and e-mail communication with customers, utilizing a wide variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions. Outline of Duties: • Communicate, implement, and interpret HR policies and practices to ensure fair and consistent administration. Observe and analyze the execution of practices, identify problem areas, and recommend changes. • Provide training assessment, planning, and program delivery as necessary. • Maintain current knowledge of local and country employment legislation/regulations to counsel and monitor compliance. • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. • Drive continuous improvement in employee relation programs and practices • Assist in designing and driving HR policies and procedures network wide • Assist in the development and support of employee survey’s and action plan activities to increase employee morale and satisfaction Minimum Qualifications: • Seven to Ten years of progressive management experience in human resources, employee and labor relations and leadership development • Experience in CS/retail/distribution/operations HR Management, preferably with a global company • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly desired • Team player with strong written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills • Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint • Highly analytical and logical thinker and problem solver • Sense of urgency and highly flexible If you want to be part of an exciting journey and want to join one of the most innovative and “best companies to work for”, please apply with your letter of motivation, 2 page CV and relevant references to Arbeiten in Kapstadt.com, info @ arbeiteninkapstadt.com Phone 021 422 2478 If you don’t get a response within 5 working days please consider your application as unsuccessful. |
