Logistics Sales Consultant

Your strong external sales experience and ability to exceed targets is required in this Logistics Industry Sales position in Pretoria.

Our client in the Logistics Industry is looking for a New Business Sales Consultant to join their extremely driven and committed Commercial Team at their Pretoria Branch.

This very dynamic and fast-growing National based company is very progressive within their market and offers the ideal candidate an amazing opportunity to sell and market their full supply chain service offering to the ideal Target Markets.

Due to the status and high expectations of this particular position that is available at their Pretoria branch, only those individuals that meet with all of the below requirements and can see themselves perform consistently within this sales role need apply.


Minimum Requirements & Duties


* Must be very well presented and have a professional manner about them
* Have own reliable vehicle and drivers license
* Have at least 4-5 years worth of actual external sales experience within a very competitive industry
* Must be able to present and liaise to all levels of Decision Maker and influencers
* Must be able to achieve monthly/annual new business targets
* Must be able to work within a very competitive team environment
* Must be a self driven and motivated person
* Must be able to prospect consistently for new business that will result in gaining the new business essentially
* Must be computer literate and able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as a minimum requirement
* Previous sales experience and knowledge of the Logistics industry may be seen as an advantage
* Preferably reside in Pretoria due to coverage of immediate sales territory


Client offers



* A very competitive CTC salary of R13 - 14 000 p.m. – depending sales experience/proven achievements
* Fuel allowance – 280 litres (in litres, so as not to negatively influence employees when fuel prices increase)
* Cellular phone allowance
* Aggressive monthly commission structure (guaranteed commission for the first 3 months in order to assist new consultant with commission earnings in the beginning)
* Annual incentive (overseas trip, all expenses paid, pending performance)
* Comprehensive induction programme and ongoing sales training
