This industry leading Digital Marketing Company is looking for a Lead Strategist with passion and expertise that will fit in well with this young and vibrant group of people. You will present an exceptional portfolio of experience working on campaigns/projects within a similar role/environment. Responsibilities • Develop and optimise the digital, social media and mobile strategies for clients and campaigns across Africa. • Bring statistical expertise in campaign analytics as well as strong experience in designing innovative and effective communications strategies to join the team of digital strategy experts. Requirements • Preferably someone from digital but would look at traditional agencies as well. • Strong quantitative analytical expertise. • An avid consumer of digital and social media, always in the know about the latest trends, technologies and platforms. • Focused not just on the brand, but on the experience of the end user. • A creative and practical problem solver who understands the importance of measurability. • A confident communicator with deck writing and presentation skills. • Excellent attention to detail and deadline driven. • Creative, resourcefulness and the ability to come up with innovative content. • Knowledge or experience in social network projects created for all digital platforms. • A visitor of social networking sites. • Experience in the implementation of in-depth social platform analysis tools. • Experience in developing effective campaigns for social platforms. • Facilitation skills. • Passion and love for brands and their consumers.
