GERMAN SPEAKING Tour Consultant Duties: -Booking of accommodation/transfers/flights/tours/transport -Running of self-drive itineraries -Reconciliation of guide expenses -Liaison with overseas' agents -Dealing with customers while in resort -Sourcing & selling of alternative services -Margin control -Assisting in answering complaints -Preparing welcome packs (vouchers/itineraries etc) Requirements: -2 - 5 years experience in inbounding -fluent in German (Spoken and written) -Tourplan knowledge would be an advantage -Sound knowledge of Southern Africa -Good knowledge of MS Office applications If you meet the requirements and are interested in this position please send your application including a CV.
