In this position, you will partner with these teams to establish and implement HR strategies that foster the organization and people development for these teams. The HR Business Partner serves as a liaison between the business line and HR to assess human resources needs in areas such as employment, performance management, compensation, career development and management development, and competency development. To be successful, you must understand the business units you are supporting. You'll need strong analytic skills and the ability to translate client business plans and goals into human resource capabilities needed to achieve results. We are looking for Senior Human Resources professionals who have the ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions. The role will require the ability to establish HR priorities and operating mechanisms to drive change. The person in this role must be able to interface effectively with professionals at all levels. You'll need excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and planning ability, and the agility to function in a fast paced and innovative environment. Basic Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in an HR generalist or business partner role • Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications: • Ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions • Excellent communication skills • Fluent in English and German language on a business level. • Influencing skills and interfacing with senior members of the business • Experience with Change Management • Team Development capabilities • Master's degree or MBA preferred If you meet the requirements and are interested in this position please send your application including a CV. |
