Fitter Production Line Maintenance fitter (Kempton Park) Our client is a global pharmaceutical company with a history in the industry of over 100 years. They are currently looking for a fitter with experience in the packaging industry to join their experienced team. Duties and responsibilities will include: • Execute the change over from one product to another on packaging machinery. • Adjust and set equipment to operate efficiently. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on packaging equipment. • The successful candidate will report to the packaging foreman The candidate should: • Be able to complete work in agreed time frames. • Have high degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Have ability to fault find and work under pressure. • Have knowledge of Engineering safety procedures Minimum requirements for the position are: • At least 2 years experience in high speed packaging machine setting, repairs and maintenance. • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry • Qualified fitter (industry trade test) with N3 or Matric • Knowledge of safety principles and GMP Remuneration and salary structure: • R16,000.00 – R17,500.00 (depending on experience) • Company contribution to Pension fund • Company contribute 50% on medical aid (Discovery) If you are interested in the opportunity to work for this globally recognised company please forward your CV to Mariel Or call: 021 944 1270 for more information If you have not received a response within 2 weeks please consider your application unsuccessful.
