Utilities Maintenance Controller Our client, a leading FMCG co. is seeking to employ a Utilities Maintenance Controller to Co-ordinate, coach and control the activities of the level one maintenance team in the Utilities Production environment and to provide specialist technical advice to ensure maximum equipment availability. KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Hands on approach • Passionate about problem solving and continuous improvement • Mental alertness - attention to detail • Leads by example • Customer focussed • Leadership skills QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE • Minimum N3 (preferably N5) • Mechanical / Electrical recognised trade test qualification • At least 3 - 5 years experience within a Utilities maintenance environment with 2 years in a Supervisory or Leadership role • FOREMAN with Utilities experience (refrigeration, boilers, compressors, water systems & CO2 plants) • PC literacy (MS-Office package / SAP) • Mechanical knowledge of plant equipment and understanding of electrical and instrumentation aspects
