Factory Supervisor Top company in Randburg in the Labelling and Barcoding Industry is currently recruiting for a Factory Supervisor: Requirements: - Positive attitude - Knowledge of different materials & dies - Young & Energetic - Helping with technical difficulties on machines (solving problems) - Logical thinker - Willing to learn - Peoples person - Managing staff Basic Duties: - Quality control during runs - Supplying Bureau with labels - Check stock of Chemicals, Cores, tapes, hand wash etc - Monthly stock take of raw material - Receiving of goods (Raw materials) - Monitoring the staff (Employee of the month etc) - Checking for cut stock for smaller jobs - Making sure the right material & quantity is issued to the converter - Timekeeping of the staff etc. - Will report to Factory Manager and Operations Manager Need to have person in place before end of April 2012 for handover Salary on offer : 10 – 15grand If you are interested and have the relevant working background and natural ability to perform this position then e-mail your CV, cover letter explaining why you are the best candidate for the job and recent photo to the advertiser by no later than close of business on 10 April 2012 PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WITH INDUSTRY BACKGROUND IN LABELLING BARCODING PRINTING Note that only shortlisted candidates will be communicated with about the way forward
