Food and Beverage Manager The applicant must have a minimum of 5 years in the role of a similar position. He/she must be able to lead, develop and train the service and kitchen teams to high standards. He/she must have a very good understanding of cost control systems, C.O.S and be able to financially sustain the food and beverage department to a profitable manner. He/she must be customer focused and deliver a great service and must have a caring approch towards customer and employee alike.
