| Senior Industrial Inspector Summary of major responsibilities: • Conduct Industrial Inspections, Expediting and associated functions • Coordination of operations and supervision of junior Industrial personnel • Compilation, review and approval of Technical Reports • Compilation of Quotations as per pricing strategy • Compilation of works instructions, procedure and implementation of the quality management system • Compilation, review, approval and implementation of Quality Control Plans • Liaison with local and International clients Levels of authority: Junior Inspection Personnel Qualification: • Matriculation with Mathematics and Physical Science is essential • Tertiary Technical Studies an advantage • 5-10 years service in the Industrial Services sector, preferably with exposure to International Clients • Minimum of level 2- SAIW Inspector Status • Experience and knowledge of NDT, Codes and Statutory Inspection is essential • Any advancement towards IPE or CP PV would be an advantage Experience/Exposure and Skills required • Ability to interact at all levels • Good communication skills at all levels • Works well under pressure • Flexibility in traveling • Takes Ownership • Possesses and practice a strong culture of safety • Possesses good leadership skills and behavior |
