| Informaton Systems Manager Maximise the availability of information systems and facilitate effective flow of data and information. Support interface between systems and technical/ applications support. Develop the manufacturing systems infrastructure in line with future business requirements, ensuring that the systems do not become a bottleneck. Formulate the information systems strategy. Ensure that systems add value to the value chain. Scope and plan the development of existing information systems technology and infrastructure in order to maximize the operational effectiveness of systems ahead of user and business needs. Evaluate regional systems utilisation. Implement new systems and updates. Provide business support to functional users. Review the standards and procedures to ensure the systems are consistent and flexible in content. Manage subordinates and enforce the training and development of staff in line with the needs of individuals and the organization. Assesses the controls, reliability, and integrity of the IT environment within the organisation. B Comm or equivalent qualification.
