Salary: R400K-R450K ctc p.a.
Education:
• Grade 12 + 4 years(HR or Business)

Job Description:
HR Business Partner required with at least 10 years relevant functional experience and 5 years managerial experience to ensure that all HR needs for the unit are met. Coach and advise line managers regarding people management and HR issues. Align HR objectives, provide input to and advise national and regional functional specialists regarding business requirements for Human Resources. Initiate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance optimum performance from an HR perspective.
