Land Sales Consultant Just in time for December. Don't miss out. My upmarket Client, based in Central Sandton in a prestigious office block, URGENTLY requires the services of 2 x Land Sales Consultants. Requisites for the positions are as follows : Upmarket Individuals with STRONG experience in the Sales Industry (NOT INTERNAL Salespeople) Excellent command of the English language Talented and motivated Own Transport and valid Drivers Licence South African Citizen Ability to liaise with HNW (High Net Worth) Clients comfortably and professionally Able to work weekends and to travel Available over December and January period, as this is a very busy time, and will need to travel within South Africa (could mean working on 25 December and 1 January 2010) Ability to generate Leads and follow up on existing Ability to professionally represent the Company at exhibitions and events Ability to effectively deliver Presentations to potential Clients The Candidate must have : Good commercial acumen Sound understanding of Investment fundamentals A MINIMUM of 5 years proven experience within a Target driven sales and marketing environment within the Property or Investment Industry Excellent skill in terms of overcoming objections, successful at negotiations and closing the deal Strong at building ongoing relationships Proven experience at developing a sales base and developing sales opportunities from SCRATCH Candidates with a B.Degree will be given preference. Candidates with the ability to start soonest would be preferred. On offer : Basic of R16 750 / Month Cellphone Excellent Commission structure Incentives (non financial)
