| Sales Consultant (Land) An exciting opportunity to join an upmarket Property (Land) Group, with its Head Office in the UK and two Offices in South Africa. Positions are available immediately for the right Candidate. The positions will be based in Johannesburg and Durban. The Johannesburg Branch is based in the heart of Sandton, in upmarket Offices. The ideal Candidate for this position needs : 1. To be a motivated, talented, upmarket male or female 2. Be confident in conducting Presentations to Clients 3. Able to travel to handle exhibitions and events in various parts of the country, as well as abroad 4. Build up a Date Base of business contacts to generate leads 5. Must have excellent commercial acument and a sound understanding of investment fundamentals 6. Should have a minimum of 5 years experience gained in a sales and marketing environment, working towards strictly set Targets, and be able to prove it 7. Ideally come from an Investment or Property Market, and be able to demonstrate experience at building strong working relationships MUST HAVE : Excellent sales skills, objection handling skills, and be able to negotiate and close Effective communication skills, able to build rapport and develop working relationships Previous experience in developing a sales base of HIGH NET WORTH Clients and developing sales opportunities from a start up situation EXCELLENT command of the English language, and be FULLY confident in presenting to Clients Economic and commercial awareness Post Matric Education A professional demeanor, and be smartly attired at all times In return, my Client offers a lucrative CTC, which includes a decent Basic Salary (R16750), a Company Cellular, an Excellent Commission Structure and TRULY AMAZING INCENTIVES.
