Link Negotiator - SEO/ SEM Consultant (Spanish/ Dutch/ French) The incumbent will report to the Head of Search Engine Optimisation and will assist the SEO team in researching prospective link partners, managing and developing large scale link building campaigns and regular monitoring/reporting on campaign effectiveness. Proficiency in a foreign language such as French, Spanish, Dutch, Danish or Swedish will be an added advantage. The Key responsibilities for this role include: * Research, identify and record relevant, high quality websites to approach for link building * Establish systems for monitoring link building processes, ensuring maximum high quality inbound links are secured * Work with Head of SEO to implement and refine the link building strategy * To establish and manage a balanced keyword density across targeted link texts * Initiate link requests and develop ongoing relationships with link partners. * Continually monitor and follow-up link development progress through to completion * Assess campaign development and produce regular progress reports to keep the SEO team updated. * Assist Head of SEO with general search engine optimisation as and when required. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years proven SEO/Link building experience * Relevant qualification will be advantageous * Computer literate and web savvy, with good knowledge and use of search engine optimisation * Ability to analyse web content * Basic understanding of HTML * Previous exposure to commercially focused roles * Strong Project Management skills * Ability to co-ordinate and multi-task * Attention for detail * Good interpersonal and negotiation skills * Self motivated, strong personal drive, highly organised, energetic, innovative and proactive * Self starter who uses his/her own initiative * Ability to work alone and as part of a team The position will involve dealing with a large number of inbound calls and emails from customers in the Netherlands and Belgium, wishing to receive information about products, get technical assistance and process orders. You will also support the other departments when necessary and be dealing with a wide range of customer service queries, ensuring the company is promoted with every customer contact. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish/ Swedish/ Dutch or French along with excellent English and a keen interest in technology. Excellent level of customer service skills are essential, as is a good knowledge of the Windows operating system. The company offers fantastic benefits. Our client will pay for your work permit.
