Spanish Speaking Outbound / Inbound Customer Support Agent (Part Time) Our client, one of the world’s leading companies in the health industry, is looking for a Spanish Speaking Outbound Customer Support Agent for their Cape Town Office. Located in one of Southern Suburbs prime areas, your role would be to provide a high level of service and support to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound service calls to existing clients - Responding to all incoming and outgoing calls insuring you are providing customer support that meets the company’s standards. - Promoting the companies brand and cross selling where needed. - Maintaining and reaching the set daily and weekly targets - Capturing and compiling accurate information and loading the information onto the company’s data base. Requirements: - Fluent in Spanish and basic English - Good communication skills both written and verbal in Spanish - Exceptional listening skills - Deadline driven and self motivated - Exceptional telephone etiquette - Strong team building skills - Computer literate with good knowledge for MS Office applications.
