German customer support Agent (1.3.2010) Our client, based in the CBD of Cape Town, is currently looking for German speaking customer service agents. Starting date would be the 1.3.2010. Duties will include: · Making/Amending bookings on the reservation system · Providing fare quotes · Providing passengers with flight information Requirements: · Fluent in German and English · Computer literate · Previous call centre experience advantageous · Previous work experience in travel and tourism environment distinct advantage · Ability to work flexible shifts (24/7) · Clear credit and criminal record · Own/reliable transport The company pays a basic salary, medical aid and a provident.
