Inbound call centre agents (German) Our international client is offering an exciting career opportunity for German speaking Inbound Call Centre Agent. Your task would be to serve customers in the German market with their general enquiries and requests. Requirements: · Fluent in German and English · Matric and relevant certificates · Great customer service skills · Great communication skills and the ability to work in a team · A loyal, dedicated and mature work manner · Good computer skills · Experience in travel/tourism, professional call centre or customer service · Experienced and well presented This company offers a basic salary and great benefits such as a contribution to a medical aid and a provident fund.
