Sourcing Specialist x 2 Position is open to AA CANDIDATES ONLY, who are in possession of their own Transport and a valid Drivers Licence, issued in South Africa, and in possession of a valid South African Green Barcoded ID. The position IS NOT OPEN TO holder’s of Work Permits. Application MUST include your current and required Cost to Company, what your benefits are, and what your NET Salary is Reports into : Regional Sourcing Manager with the purpose being the Implementation and Compliance to Purchasing Strategies and Processes • Under the guidance of the Sourcing Manager, co-ordinate the implementation of the Client’s Corporate Sourcing and Supply Chain Strategy within Operations accounts. This includes promoting the use of Preferred Suppliers, ensuring adherence to Building Efficiency “integrity” and SOX requirements and generating savings across services lines. • Promote the use of Preferred Suppliers (in order to reduce supplier base and leverage spend), and develop Specification and Contract Particulars for key contracts. • In conjunction with the Sourcing Manager, develop Sourcing Plans with Ops Accounts, undertake tenders for service lines in line with the Sourcing Plans. Manage risk and supply chain cost. • Work closely with operations on the accounts with regards to Sourcing. Promote compliance and process. Also, act as a point of escalation for supplier issues for the accounts. • Actively support the GWS Sourcing Manager and the Account Directors in identification and reporting of savings and ownership and reporting of specific Sourcing initiatives. • Support the central SCM Team in developing central initiatives, undertaken central projects as and when required, undertake Sourcing training and sharing best practice. • Ownership and Management of selected central Preferred Suppliers. This involves quarterly reviews and management of these suppliers in the Supplier Database. • Ability to successfully manage small and midsize regular complex projects (from $150k to $15m) using best practice standards/principles and to agreed budgets and schedules and to support senior project managers in securing larger projects. Ensure all contractual obligations are met to the client’s satisfaction and in compliance with the Company’s Sourcing processes and objectives. Undertake Task management of a project team. Dimensions: • Key Service Lines include Security, Cleaning, Catering & Vending, Reprographics and Mailroom, Plants and Grounds, Waste and Technical Services Contracts. Personal Experience/Qualifications/Skills: •     Four years experience within a Sourcing Function.     Good systems and procurement process understanding,     Excellent communication skills,     Ability to travel,     Ability to work flexibly with minimal supervision,     A Supply Chain qualification preferred,     Degree preferable Base of Operation • Offices based in Randburg with Sites responsible for elsewhere in Johannesburg, therefore must be able to travel
