PA to CEO A minimum of 5 years relevant practical experience, in a similar senior/executive position. A tertiary qualification, or recognized post-Matric secretarial and/or management diploma. A good knowledge of the tourism industry and Western Cape will prove advantageous. The PA to the CEO organises and supervises all the administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running of the CEO’s office, whilst strategically managing the administration of Head Office. The PA to CEO also manages the administration of the organisation's Board including organizing meetings, minutes, special functions and general support to the Board. It is a challenging position that requires high levels of initiative, energy, dedication, confidentiality and maturity of character. |
