Receptionist/Switchboard Operator Add more challenge to your world… With an exciting opportunity in our Marketing Team… Receptionist/Switchboard Operator This key position in the Marketing team is responsible for promoting and maintaining the Company image through the competent execution of the reception, switchboard and customer care functions. This position therefore requires a professional, articulate and vibrant individual to handle the switchboard, meeting and greeting clients as well as customer care duties. Successful applicants need to possess the following: Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills Good time management skills The ability to pay attention to detail Be extremely organised and equipped to perform under pressure Have a passion for offering excellent customer service at all times. Applicants for the position will need to meet the following minimum requirements: Matric A minimum of 1 year receptionist or switchboard operator experience Excellent language skills (verbal and written) in English essential Ability to converse in an African language is essential Retail experience advantageous A working knowledge of the latest Microsoft Office and Outlook is essential.
